Titre : DYNAMICAL CHANGES AND SPREADING OF TAU AGGREGATES WITHIN BRAIN NETWORKS IN ALZHEIMER DISEASE
Résumé : In this research program, we propose a biophysically plausible whole-brain dynamics models which better characterizes our current knowledge of the aging human brain in Alzheimer disease by accounting for the kinetics and spreading of Tau aggregates and neuron-glia-vascular mechanisms at the spatiotemporal scale of in-vivo neuroimaging techniques.
